Return Policy If you’ve bought our products here, and would like to return to us for whatever reason, please fill in our return form & send back the product(s) with your invoice no. marked on the envelope to the following address: iMax Marketing Global Ltd. Please note: 1. Returns are only accepted within 45 days from the date of purchase.
2. Personalized items with Added Name are NOT accepted for return.
3. For leather strap(s) with customized color and/ or length, returns are NOT accepted. 4. All returned items must be in original condition with original packing.
5. All exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit and you will have to reorder within 60 days.
6. Shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE, unless there’s an error on our part related to your order (i.e. wrongly ship another product to you, damaged or etc), in this case, please keep your shipping receipt & we will issue a credit to you. If your returns do not meet the above requirements, store credit will NOT be issued. & the return shipping fee will be at buyer’s expense. So, please send email to us before you ship your product(s) if you have any questions.
